Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 : Application of the general terms and conditions of sale

The use of our website is subject to these general terms and conditions. By browsing our site, the user accepts these terms without reservation. Atelier BUEN GUSTO SRL reserves the right to modify them at any time without notice.

ARTICLE 2 : Order

2.1 Acceptance: Any order must be confirmed in writing by our services. By placing an order, the client acknowledges having read and accepted our general conditions.
2.2 Modification: An order can be modified up to 11:00 a.m. the day before delivery, subject to written agreement.
2.3 Cancellation: Any cancellation must be validated at least 48 hours before the delivery date, except by express agreement.

ARTICLE 3 : Delivery

3.1 Timeframes: We do our best to meet deadlines. No delay gives the right to compensation.
3.2 Costs: Delivery costs are stated in the quote.
3.3 Standards: Transport complies with HACCP standards.

ARTICLE 4 : Complaints and returns

4.1 Complaints: Any complaint must be made upon receipt of the goods. Refusal must be notified in writing within 12 hours.
4.2 Returns: Returns require our prior agreement. Goods must comply with HACCP standards.

ARTICLE 5 : Equipment

The equipment remains the property of Atelier BUEN GUSTO SRL. In case of loss or damage, a fee will be charged.
For events > 100 people, a deposit of 30% of the total value of the quote is required. This must be paid no later than 48 hours before delivery.
The client must provide a clear and accessible location, billed at the hourly rate.

In the absence of staff, items must be returned tidy. Otherwise, a flat fee of EUR75 will be charged. Unreturned/damaged equipment will be billed at the purchase price plus 20%.

ARTICLE 6 : Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for internal purposes. Categories include: name, company, contact details, banking information. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

ARTICLE 7 : Responsibility

The client is responsible for insuring their event. We accept no responsibility for food consumed after the event.
Our products may contain allergens (gluten, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, mollusks, lupin, sulfites).

ARTICLE 8 : Payment

8.1 Invoices are payable in cash, without discount.
8.2 For individuals, payment must be made no later than the day of delivery.
8.3 Late payment: 10% interest + 10% late fee (min. EUR100) are charged without formal notice.
8.4 Suspension: In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend the order. Goods remain our property until full payment.

ARTICLE 9 : Prices

Prices are in EUR incl. VAT. VAT: 6% (take-away), 12% (on-site with service), 21% (drinks, equipment…). The price applicable is that at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 10 : Disputes

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial district of Brussels. Only Belgian law applies.
We encourage an amicable resolution first.
